Kurt Angle made his triumphant return to a WWE ring on Sunday night during the TLC main event, just to suffer the fate of eating a Running Powerslam through a table on the outside courtesy of Braun Strowman.

Angle had to be helped to the back by doctors, leaving Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins to fend for themselves against five men.

It wasn’t quite the return Angle was hoping for, nor the one the Raw Tag Team Champions had in mind when he replaced Roman Reigns.
